Mercy Corps is sub-grantee to Paladium, and is responsible for employing and making available a District Markets Coordinator for Guruve district. The District Markets Officers are recruited with the aim of enhancing the field presence of MD technical staff in the operational areas, thus strengthening coordination of the respective programme activities. The subcontractor will also facilitate promotion, scaling up capacity building and training on the Mobile bids and offers platform (MBOSS) in Gokwe South District. The overall goal was to provide better access to markets for small holder farmers.
