UK investment in the new Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to assist in addressing the shortage of infrastructure investment across the Asia-Pacific region. The UK’s membership will deepen economic ties with Asia and create opportunities for British businesses. The AIIB will support economic growth in the region and drive up living standards. The AIIB aims to help bridge the gap and improve economic growth in Asia.
