Project Purpose: DECC funding will contribute air quality monitoring components to a priority World Bank multi-donor programme aiming to reduce dangerous levels of pollution (air, soil, water) in developing countries. It will also establish a link throughout all elements of the programme to reducing GHG emissions alongside air pollutants.
