1) Working directly with communities to understand and break down barriers to accessing health and education services. 2) Awareness raising and education activities to promote community based support and inclusion. 3) Training local community informants to identify children with developmental disorders and facilitate referrals to a new “Caregivers Skills Training” (CST) package developed by the World Health Organization. 4) Evaluate how well the CST package works in improving the mental health and wellbeing of children with developmental disorders and their caregivers, and whether the package offers value for money.
