The project is designed to contribute to more equitable and better quality services in health, livelihoods, education, water, and sanitation in Kwale county by empowering citizens and those that serve them to act with integrity, as well as encouraging institutions to become accountable. Through introducing open community feedback loops, citizens will be able to collaboratively work with public, private and third sector institutions to improve quality of services delivered in communities. Feedback is gathered by citizen monitors in real-time in a way that is autonomous of the service provider, therefore improving delivery of services that are equitable and accountable.
