To commission research to identify the opportunities for greater formalisation of remittance flows, to reduce the costs of financing migration, increase migrants' savings and investment through new financial services and products. The aim of the research would be to strengthen the evidence base and provide practical recommendations for design features for programming on migration and remittances for the Skills for Employment and Access to Finance programmes.
