Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund Monitoring and Evaluation Support

Supporting DFID Afghanistan’s ARTF and Donor Coordination Team by providing M&E analysis in support of the UK’s contribution to the ARTF by: i. Carrying out high priority discrete pieces of M&E analysis or capacity building support for government related to the ARTF and based on need identified by DFID Afghanistan, on a call down basis. ii. Completing two annual reports reviewing performance of the ARTF, including completing the DFID Annual Reviews of the programme in 2015 and 2016, ensuring compliance with DFID systems and procedures iii. Completing one end project report, reviewing performance of the ARTF over the period 2014-17, including completion of the DFID Project Completion Review (PCR), ensuring compliance with DFID systems and procedures.
