Key results: Outcome 1 - A joint 'Citizens’ Charter’ with recommendations to national and international stakeholders of the T1 negotiations is developed – highlighting the importance of embracing diverse identities, peace values, justice and participation of civil society in the preconditions for reconstruction of Syria. Outcome 2 - Recommendations emerging from the Citizens’ Charter and community level dialogue sessions are communicated with local and international networks and key stakeholders, and connected into T1 and T2 processes Outputs 1.1 Consultations with key experts on outline of citizens charter, methods of integration and validation of key findings from previous phases of the project leading to 3- 5 thematic briefings about the charter content and its objectives 1.2 8-10 thematic capacity building sessions for network members, dialogue facilitators and community members on methodologies and tools for dialogue and topics related to the charter development 1.3 Design of inclusive governance structure for charter development, implementation and updating including methodologies of participatory planning and building. 1.4 Development of 3-5 community-level research on charter’s main topics (In Arabic and English) 2.1 3 activities to support dialogue and strengthen networking between Syrian organisations and initiatives within and outside Syria 2.2 Local and international advocacy plan(s) developed to build engagement with and support for charter recommendations 2.3 2-3 activities or initiatives supported that link community level dialogue to T2 and T1 2.4 Development and delivery of a cross-cutting strategic communications framework to share and disseminate the charters content and capture the data collection process, as well as contribute to content creation
