The project aims to support the UN-led political process in Syria by aiding negotiators to develop and implement a strategy for addressing security sector transformation. The project will focus on two tracks in parallel: a national-level track that will focus on the Constitutional Committee, and a sub-national track exploring options for security sector transformation at the local level and feeding those ideas back into the Track I process.
