International Alert will provide a Conflict Sensitivity Helpdesk for MAG to support the organizational approach to conflict sensitivity. This helpdesk will provide practical advice in a timely manner which is tailored to support the staff, suitable to anyone aiming to improve conflict sensitivity, drawing on real examples to illustrate solutions to common dilemmas through an extended period of accompaniment to the staff and operations teams in country and headquarters through the development, management, and monitoring of upcoming and current programmes/projects in FCAS contexts.
