Specifically, the evaluation will:
- Identify and assess the relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of a sample of UNESCO’s PVE areas/activities implemented by the relevant Sectors
- Assess their contribution to UNESCO’s five Expected Results linked to PVE as identified in the ToR’s Annex III.
- Identify and analyse approaches to intersectoral cooperation applied by UNESCO in its Action to PVE
- Assess the relevance and effectiveness of intersectoral collaboration in the design and initial implementation of the flagship project entitled “Preventing Violent Extremism through Youth Empowerment in Jordan, Libya, Morocco and Tunisiaâ€.
