DEC East Africa Appeal Phase 2 South Sudan

This programme will be implemented by Plan International South Sudan directly in the Lakes State, particularly in Wulu, Rumbek Central and Rumbek East Counties. This intervention aims to provide emergency livelihood support and prevent vulnerable households from slipping into further food insecurity. This will be achieved through continuing the activities from Phase I and providing a sustainable cycle of livelihoods. During Phase I vulnerable households, in particular households containing children under 5 years of age, have received crop seeds as well as some vegetable seeds and tools, combined with agricultural training on demo plots.
