Provision of additional clear water to PL and Moy

The project “Expanding Rural Access to Water and Sanitation in four Chiefdoms in Port Loko and Moyamba” was designed to build on the achievements of a previous DFID funded WASH project implemented in the same project area. The new project is intended to provide an additional 126 ODF communities with access to safe drinking water through provision of wells fitted with hand pumps. The project action focuses on promoting inclusion and community decision makingand and will build the capacity of community based organisations including Water Management Committees WMC_and Community Health Clubs CHCs_ and School Health Clubs SHCs_.
