Impact: to ensure the protection of vulnerable groups during the Ebola outbreak and towards the recovery. Outcome: increased availability of protection services. Output 1: protection actors at national, district and community levels are supported to integrate protection mainstreaming in the emergency response. Output 2: identification of vulnerable groups and individuals, and referrals to services is strengthened. Output 3: essential protection services are provided in the 7 operational districts.
