A girls led programme that forms part of the Innovation Fund within the PPA aimed at raising awareness and issues faced by Hmong speaking girls in Northern Vietnam. Hmong will be trained on social media and radio broadcasting. The projects key objectives are i_ to build self confidence of Hmong girls via peer learning with the aid of multimedia channelsand ii_ to foster non formal education through peer coaching mechanism in online platformand and iii_ to engage their active participation in community development through girls led activities.
