MedAccess will assess the suitability and impact of volume guarantees (VGs), intermediated guarantees, and other innovative financing tools across HIV, TB and malaria diagnosis, prevention, and treatment commodities, based on barriers to access, market projections, cost analyses, and partner perspectives. MedAccess will progress prioritised opportunities through its deal development process and will ultimately seek to execute transactions that improve value for money for Global Fund procurement and catalyse access to life-saving HIV, TB, and malaria products.
