Supporting and building capacity in the SMU in Pakistan focusing on improving government effectiveness and efficiency. The focus was improving outcomes for citizens .through driving results and improvements in areas including delivery of Education, Health, Water and Sanitation and Solid Waste Management. The project operates through results framework that links 100% of payment to outputs and outcomes.
