Western Balkans: Creating a parliamentary network on human rights

The programme will works in parliaments across the Western Balkans make laws stronger on human rights by creating a network of human rights committees, conducting audits on how gender-inclusive and human rights laws are being implemented, establishing better ways of scrutinising laws to ensure they are effective and ensuring there is more oversight of human rights laws.
