South Africa: Civil Society Participation in Provincial Legislatures

With funding from the EU, WFD is supporting local campaign and advocacy organisations in Limpopo, Northern Cape and North West provinces to participate in Provincial Legislature proceedings. The programme provides training and mentoring on how to conduct research and engage the public in important issues, with a particular focus on organisations working to advance the rights of women and traditionally marginalised groups such as young people and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
