EACDS: ATAF Institutional Reform

IMC has contracted ECORYS to conduct an Institutional Review of the ATAF secretariat to ensure that it is aligned with the Strategic plan for the next 5 years. They will will ensure this alignment by setting out the practical steps that ATAF needs to take to resource and implement the Strategic Plan. ATAF needs to use the outcomes of the project to enhance its internal effectiveness and efficiency to improve in the delivery of its mandate and to achieve institutional sustainability.
