IMC is delivering a Fiduciary Risk Assessment (FRA) to provide a review of partner government’s core functions and commitment to improving PFM (Public Financial Management), including fiscal transparency, good governance, fighting corruption and strengthening domestic financial accountability. In doing so, the FRA provides an important input into decisions on whether financial aid is appropriate, which type of financial aid, and what controls should be considered. This FRA focuses on central government, giving a national assessment.
