Expert Advisory Call Down Service - Strengthening Public Financial Management for Social Protection Component of SGSP

The contract provides Technical Assistance (TA) to build the capacity of the Finance Division, Ministry of Finance and six other Line Ministries to: develop evidenced-based budgets which improve the targeting of social welfare payments, reduce leakages and avoid duplication; establish an efficient social protection expenditure monitoring system; and create more efficient cash transfer technologies. At this late stage most of the remaining activity is around MIS remaining skills transfer to Government. All required outstanding activities are listed below.
