FCDO CSSF EECAD Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Project.

The purpose of this contract is to support the directorate’s ability to deliver effective, evidence-based, gender and inclusion sensitive programmes and policy and thereby increase the likelihood that the EECAD portfolio contributes to UK objectives in the region. In doing this, it will help to ensure there is a strong evidence base to enable EECAD to make more effective and strategic investment choices, and appropriate systems to provide accountability and learning. The contract will also strengthen EECAD’s capability on gender and social inclusion to ensure the effective integration of gender equity objective and considerations into all its work.
