Tax forms a major part of IGC’s state effectiveness research theme and we have commissioned frontier research on issues related to tax design, tax enforcement, tax morale, tax administration and local taxation in developing countries. This project is focussed on unlocking the potential of the data collected by EFDs and how that data can enhance the tax enforcement capacity of the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
