Changing community attitudes and practices to reduce discrimination and violence against women and increase access to justice (Sierra Leone)

This project aims to strengthen the realization of women’s rights thereby reducing the incidence of discrimination which leaves women vulnerable to violence, in the Moyamba district of southern Sierra Leone. It will achieve this by getting the community and its leaders to actively support and uphold women’s rights and strengthening the ability of women and girls to defend their rights and seek justice when their rights have been violated in 3 chiefdoms. ;
