The national PFDP will focus on lobbying/advocacy of police reforms/ GBV prevention mechanisms and capacity building of the PFDP on GBV/SRHR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). There will be engagement. (meetings, advocacy/lobbying etc.) with the government (women development departments and the Ministry of Human Rights) to gain stronger support for GBV victims/survivors, improve their access to justice, information and services. Establishing a linkage between the government, being a stakeholder and civil society is crucial to combat GBV for local ownership and sustainability
