The aim of the Kotoba Food Security and Livelihoods Project is to empower the people living in the Kotoba region of Dendi district of western Ethiopia to achieve food security and sustainable livelihooods. 1000 families (5000 people) will be directly assisted to become self-reliant, to increase productivity of land and livestock so they have nutritious food to eat, improve their understanding and management of naturarl resources to conserve the environment and increase marketing and income generation opportunities;
