Youth Career Initiative is a youth employment programme which provides training opportunities for young people who have faced a range of barriers. Our programme comprises classroom learning with hands-on training in a world-leading hotel to give young people the skills and experience they need to start a career. As part of Inclusion Works we will be running training programmes in Kenya, Nigeria and Bangladesh with a focus on including young people with disabilities and promoting disability inclusion in the hotel industry.
