Rushere Community Water Supply Project

A community water supply to the village of Katete, near Rushere in Kiruhura District in Uganda. The project consists of a large water storage reservoir, with entry settlement pond, adjacent shallow well with handpump and cattle trough. Project elements included sanitation improvements and health and hygiene training. The project partnered with the NGO Faith in Action Community Development and the Church of Uganda.
