Total Health: Integrating WASH into MNCH Programming in Northern Uganda

This Total Health project focuses on increasing skilled birth attendance in order to reduce the incidence of neonatal sepsis and contribute to the reduction of maternal and neonatal mortality. It is funded by Medicor Foundation, the Dulverton Trust and the Headley Trust, with a total of £415,009 (overall project: £1,180,800, with £765,79 contributed from Amref Flying Doctors, Netherlands). The project is integrating WASH improvement into MNCH programming at both community and health facility levels due to the level of need.
