This project is and advocacy project aiming at bringing about major changes in the way disability is looked at in governance. It aims at getting the implementation of XIth 5-year plan to improve the conditions of disabled people all over country as well as get the census process disabled accommodative. Besides this, this project also strengthened other local agencies to advocate for implementation of UNCRPD
