The IDEA Lab at J-PAL SA proposes to collaborate with health departments in up to three states in India, where it has existing policy research partnerships, such as (but not limited to) Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan or Odisha, for developing and demonstrating use cases of systematic analysis of
administrative data for decisions in implementation of health insurance programs. A use case for strengthening program monitoring,
implementation and enforcement of health insurance
schemes.
