The primary objective of this project is to escalate primary trauma care (PTC) training to the Upper West Region (UWR) of Ghana. Training for this phase of work will be delivered by healthcare professionals from the Upper East Region (UER) of Ghana who have been training through the GAS Partnership over the last three years. By the end of the project hospitals in the UER and UWR will have the skilled to deliver trauma management services and PTC practices will be greatly improved.
