Given the absence of humanitarian actors currently operating in the camps, the project will consist in mobilising stakeholders and material resources to mitigate the effects of displacement and winter, and improve the living conditions of the migrants and also vulnerable Moroccans living in the camps. The project will focus on the most urgent needs to preserve physical integrity and ensure a safer environment (protection with a focus on women and unaccompanied minors will be mainstreamed in all activities throughout the project).
