This initiative will improve the lives of poor people with disabilities and injuries by improving the quality of and access to rehabilitation services, through working with, supporting, and building the capacity of health workers, health authorities and community groups. Through rehabilitation and support, the targeted vulnerable groups will also see their livelihoods prospects greatly improved.
