Over 24 months, SSNR will develop government and CSO capacity to sustainably deliver responsive nutrition services for 136,692 vulnerable children under 5, caregivers, and pregnant and lactating women. SSNR will strengthen inpatient and community-based treatment of Severe Acute Malnutrition and Moderate Acute Malnutrition, improve micronutrient access, and promote breastfeeding through Mother-to-Mother Support Groups to address poor nutrition as a cause of preventable death in Northeast Nigeria.
