Dioptra for Rapid and Rigorous Cost-Efficiency Analysis

Dioptra is an intuitive web-based tool that helps humanitarian staff efficiently and accurately analyse the cost efficiency of their programme activities using financial and programme data. The target geographical area is Nigeria. It compares such results to benchmark/best practices with a view to improving the impact and reach of life saving interventions. This tool is cost effective and will enable humanitarian staff of the Nigeria joint response partners to produce higher quality cost-efficiency data in less time at nearly zero marginal cost-thereby freeing up time from gathering data and learning methodology, staff can focus more on understanding how their program compares to others and how they could improve reach and impact.
