U-LEARN: Uganda Learning, Evidence, Accountability, and Research Network

"DFID is seeking a service provider (SP) to provide verification of partner deliverables, an enhanced capacity to provide and regularly champion accountability to affected people and develop, manage and promote a protracted crisis learning hub. This will be required for the lifetime of the Building Resilience and an effective Emergency Refugee response (BRAER) programme. The grant will run for a three-year period, with a potential extension, and will deliver against three core outputs. U-LEARN will inform adaptive programming from the outset and will include annual periods of joint SP, DFID and partners’ review and reflection. It will have built in flexibility to deliver additional outputs as negotiated through periodic work plans to be agreed between the SP and DFID."
