Over 36 months in 10 districts in Sierra Leone, EAGER will target 20,000 out-of-school adolescent girls who have never been in school or who have been out of school for 2+ years and do not have basic literacy and numeracy skills. EAGER aims for beneficiaries to have significantly improved learning outcomes and have transitioned to education, training or employment.
