GLAM will provide technical and strategic support to develop, test and disseminate Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning models appropriate to the needs and opportunities of adaptive management of development and humanitarian programmes. As part of a consortium led by the Overseas Development Institute, IRC brings important operational insights into how to deliver adaptive programmes on the ground and how to lead organisational and sector-wide change on monitoring, evaluation and learning.
