Humanitarian Framework Agreement 2018-2021: Survive, Recover, Thrive: Improving Lives for Crisis Affected People

This is the fourth collaboration agreement between the Sida Humanitarian Unit and the IRC since we started our strategic relationship in 2011. The Framework Agreement funds the following key operational components of 1) Humanitarian Country Programmes in complex contexts; 2) Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM); and 3) Methods Development and Capacity Building. A percentage breakdown of costs allocated across the HFA countries is provided. Please note: when funds are allocated to the UK these are for activities for the general benefit of all IRC Programmes and the wider sector.
