START Fund Learning Grant - Madagascar (Anticipation of Cyclone)

The project will contribute to the improvement of humanitarian actors' interventions in the field of emergency response and will also enable the BNGRC (Bureau National de Gestion des Risques et Catastrophes) to monitor the implementation of emergency preparedness, anticipation and response activities in the Atsimo Andrefana region with precise indicators. To this end, several activities including workshops, training and meetings at multiple levels will be carried out to enable each actor to share the lessons learned from their interventions, to capitalize on them and to disseminate them so that they can be applied by each actor in the region.
