A pre-positioned NGO-managed pooled fund for Bangladesh, Start Fund Bangladesh, to enable NGOs to access rapid funding to respond to the country’s under-funded small to medium sized crises. The programme is designed for national and international NGOs and donors to benefit from the strength of an international network, currently made up of 42 members globally. It builds on the design and build phase of the programme (Phase 1) – a £2.4 million DFID accountable grant, which ran from February to November 2017. (Language: English)
