ACF started to intervene 5 days after the first joint assessment distributing WASH kits to ensure the access to drinking water and capacities to contain it, sensitization have been made to ensure hygiene promotion. Active screenings were carried out referencing MAS cases in OTP/ ITFC (every 2 weeks) and follow-up is done through home visit when necessary. During the follow-up, the Mental Health & Care Practices (MHCP) is associated (workshop of entrance / workshop of exit / session of relaxation).
