Strengthening the role of poor, peri-urban communities in development planning and poverty reduction strategies in Luanda, Angola

This project will support poor communities living on the outskirts of Luanda in Angola to engage with government and participate fully in the newly emerging democracy. The project will therefore help to ensure that the voice of the poor is heard by government and that development plans for Luanda genuinely lead to improved living conditions and reduced poverty for the city’s poorest residents.;
