Under the Mine Action and Cluster Munitions Program, HI will contribute to enhance human security amongst communities of Kirkuk governorate in Iraq impacted by Explosive Ordnance, and support them to influence duty bearers about issues that matter in promoting change. To that end, the project will adhere to a Comprehensive Approach to Mine Action, integrating Land Release, Risk Education, Community Liaison, Livelihoods and Victim Assistance and support to national mine action authorities.
