Start Fund 1% Learning Budget Philippines

To evaluate, and generate learning from, the response, ‘Integrated Emergency life-saving humanitarian assistance to TS Vinta affected population, Philippines (Start Alert 203), carried out by Action Against Hunger, ACTED and Relief International, between 30 December 2017 and 12 February 2018, and to use this learning to inform and improve future Start Fund and other similar humanitarian responses.
