- Displaced and conflict affected people have their basic needs covered and are protected from violence, coercion and deprivation. - DRC Libya, drawing upon internal resources such as the protection monitoring reports, will specifically work on strengthening people’s access to information on their rights and entitlements and reducing their vulnerabilities, support individuals to obtain documentation and legal aid, and provide opportunities for increased capacity and awareness to claim rights and to enable and support their social participation. - Displaced and conflict-affected people have access to goods, services, and income generating opportunities.
