  • autorenew Implementation (Status)

DRC Burundi is implementing Livelihoods, Food Security and Climate Resilience projects through agroecologically-based Resilience Design in areas hosting high numbers of returnees. As part of our strategic focus to enhance self-reliance and ensure early recovery and sustainable transition for returnees and IDPs, DRC`s programming for this project would include vocational training and implementation of QIPS or community stabilization projects (1 minimum) following community consultations. These will be through a range of methodologies including cash for work, life-skills and financial literacy training and entrepreneurship or vocational skills coaching with a focus on social cohesion.
