STUDEM Youth Leaders

The youth leader exchange will complement the ongoing partnership between Silba and STUDEM running from 2023-2025 (IP-3-2023-1003), which encompasses support for the STUDEM youth center in Balti, Moldova. The youth center is a space that provides trainings, social events and educational activities in relevant topics and is a platform for youth-led initiatives. The main goal of the youth leadership exchange is to provide the STUDEM team with a capacity injection, in support of future work, including updated organisational policies and procedures. The youth leaders will gain skills in organizational development as well as creating systems of institutional memory. For this task, it is vital that we have engaged youth leaders present at the youth center to synthesize their work into the organisation through participatory approaches. Lastly, the exchange also seeks to assess the capacities of the current partnership, its anchoring in the Danish organisation, and consider the most effective ways to enhance our future collaboration.
